whoa whoa, they remade a genome of a 700k dead horse and cloned a whole living mouse from 1 drop of blood??

jurassic park here i come!
User avatar #2 to #1 - Faz (07/02/2013) [-]
700,000 years and 65 million years are quite a big difference, scientists estimate that they could reconstruct the genomes of stuff from up to 1 million years ago but thats still missing out on dinosaurs by a lot.
User avatar #3 to #2 - dabronydude (07/02/2013) [-]
first steps man,
today 700k tomorrow 710k who knows how long it will take for them to make it better!

The reason why Jurassic Park hasn't been created yet is because the DNA found inside of those mosquitoes isn't enough good of a quality nor quantity to clone dinosaurs.
#7 to #1 - trisketthebiskit (07/02/2013) [-]
what if Jurassic park was the same idea but with like normal animals they would get there and be like "dafuq this is just a forest" then the doctor would be all like "ahh yes but a genetically cloned forest"

what's the difference between bit links and normal links?
#59 to #55 - anon (07/03/2013) [-]
bitlinks means he gets cash every time someone clicks the link, fractions of pennies but still.. honestly i think he deserves it.. he did find the links.. and its not exactly coming outa my pockets.. (except in the fact that it helps build better advertising, which may get me to buy something down the line)
#90 to #59 - punnybutsofunny (07/03/2013) [-]
well my ad blocker stop him from getting money?
#94 to #90 - notafunnyguy (07/03/2013) [-]
yes. if ads are blocked (bit links, youtube, any website in general) then it had no views and advertisers wont pay the website a view that didnt happen , so nobody makes money
#109 to #59 - envinite (07/03/2013) [-]
I agree anon.
I honestly think people who gives source with ad link like that deserve some penny. But... adding bit links just for something that you can find easily, especially found on first page of Google search just seems.. really ridiculous.

It's like you give some money to a dude who type 'banana' and press enter on Google.
#101 to #55 - anon (07/03/2013) [-]
bit links are for jews
