evolution is both a fact and a theory. a "fact" is an observable phenomenon. evolution is the reason you have to get a different flu shot every year.

Not going to get all technical, but look at organisms. Is it a coincidence that there are millions of different types of organisms, and that each organism is "engineered" to survive perfectly in its own habitat/environment? Also, look at species. Why are there different types of fish, bears, and cats? I could go on, but in reality, anyone who still doesn't accept evolution as a fact is a complete idiot.
