The japanese culture is an interesting one, to say the least. They are as perverse as they are poetic, and with that they captivate me on nearly a day to day basis

Each of us is one person out of roughly 7 billion. We're on a planet that is approximately 85,345,714,285,714,285,714,286 times more massive than ourselves. We're orbiting a star that is ~333,000 times more massive than the planet that we're standing on. We're in a solar system that (if I've done worked it out right) is 21,515,025 times the size of the sun. Our galaxy is 31,250 times the size of our solar system. It takes light - the thing that moves at the fastest speed possible as we understand physics - 100,000 years to get from one edge to the other. Our galaxy is (based on recent estimates of the size of the universe) 15,600 times smaller than the universe. We are tiny and insignificant when looked at on a universal scale. That feeling you get when you realise the significance of that? That's yugen.

We totally have a word for that, in fact, we have two. "Spacing out"
