Hate to tell you, but the dinosaurs were everywhere. In the sky, the sea, they literally filled every ecological niche available.

And they did it for 160 million years. If we include our primitive ancestors, the hominins, we have existed for only 6 million. But for Homo Sapiens like you and me, we've only been on Earth for 200,000 years. If you condensed the Earth History into a 12-hour clock, the time human's have inhabited the earth is only about TWELVE SECONDS. The dinosaurs, around thirty minutes.

TL;DR We are barely a significant blip in the Earth's history

I'm sorry to disagree with him, but they would know that we fared better because other things would remain but bones, a lot of technology, things in vaults deep in mountains, and in shelters; not all would be lost. Literature, remnants of electronics, tools.. And of course if we all die right now as you read this, then we didn't fare better than dinosaurs of foreseeing the extinction of humanity, but we came a damn lot closer.

You think we couldn't build the pyramids today? We have cranes and laser cutters to carve and place the stone - which could be sourced from any corner of the Earth and shipped within weeks to the location. We could throw up a pyramid 10x as big in a fraction of the time. We don't because we have far better materials and designs now.

Technology has never been advancing so rapidly. Take someone from even a century ago and bring them into the world today and their minds would implode at what we've achieved. We are an amazing species.

and as i said....we're forcing technology forwards and not wondering how we messed up the first time

its like a man closing his eyes and running forwards, not looking back to where he started and not looking forwards where hes going, hes just going forwards because he can

It doesn't require them to have had some special 'lost' technology. You easily come up with several methods that would have been available to them at the time. The reason we don't still use them is because it's inneficient as **** and we've progressed FAR beyond their wildest imaginations of possibilities. The very device you are currently using to be an asinine prick is more awe-worthy than every ancient wonder combined.

You're having whats known as an existential crises, so shut the **** up until you grow out of it and become a somewhat worthwhile human being.

We have achieved great things.
We have sent men to the moon, as well as into the depths of the ocean, we have instant communication over thousands of miles, we have cured things that plagued our ancestors and created such massive amounts of energy that our ancestors could not even comprehend.

inb4 "But people are starving" you think people weren't starving back then?

we have yet to prove if we actually got to the moon, the only men who claimed to get there were armstrong and his wingman....and why havent we been back to the moon yet? we have the technology to try colonization but arent

we have invented cures for old things but also invented new types of diseases too....

yes we can create high power sources but think, the pyramids were in fact power generators and Tesla managed to replicate it but since is would have been free the energy corporations rejected it

there were less people back then and better ways to obtain food,...and the food was more nutritious instead of this stuff we rape the land for and need diet supplements to get the vitamins we miss out on
look up vids about food forests on youtube....those used to be pretty common and not rare experiments like the ones people try today

You act as if human advancement is linear, it's not.
You increase in some areas, and fall back in others.

Not to mention,
1 - We have been to the moon, why would they bother faking that, if they can send people into orbit,t hey can send them to the moon
2 - "Why haven't we been back there" There's no point in going back, they entire point was to show that the US program was better than the Soviets
3 - Yes, we have created worse things, but I have yet to see millions crippled by a super-flu, It is very rare that someone's arm gets so infected that it must be amputated.
4 - I eat healthily, the only people I know of that need supplements are the old (who wouldn't even be alive back in the olden' days) and the ill (who again, would have died in the olden' days)

well just because they CAN send men to the moon doesnt mean they have.....
they set up the 9/11 attack well enough....and people saw those planes, while noone has seen anything about the moon landing apart from that tiny clip of armstrong hopping around and plating the flag which can easily be hollywood'd up on a movie set

the 'cold war' competition with the soviets was ******** paranoia in order to scare the american people of 'a big bad red threat' invading them to assist harry truman's new agency to spy on the american people from 1947 onwards,

the vietnam war went from 1955-1975....about halfway through the government realised the american people were getting pretty tired of that **** so they faked the moon landing to distract people with so much hype about usa making it up there as part of a "we're better than the communists because we got there first" strategy

theyve been bleating about the 'supler flu' for a decade, ive never had the 'immunizataion' and ive been around tons of people all that time and never got more than the sniffles.....so either im immune to it or it doesnt exist and is just fearmongering to make people pay to have unknown things pumped into their bodies

what you call 'healthy' food is in fact genetically modified and chemically poisoned **** with litle nutritional value compared to properly grown food, its only because like how people can adjust to environments with less air, the human bodies have grown used to surviving on eating less healthy food

i was reading and i figured i might as well bite your ****** attempt at trolling. Okay so yes the US isn't the most noble of countries. We go into help nations where we will also have a benefit. We don't do **** for free but if you think about it when does any kind of help that is good come free? Why would any giant nations ally against us in the attempts to eradicate us? We have nukes and so do they...The best they could achieve is a situation where they wipe us out and in turn have themselves severely crippled if not destroyed. As for what you're talking about with your other arguments about how we haven't advanced but have regressed is complete ********. While what our ancestors did was amazing we can easily pull off more advanced feats. We fly through airplanes, have created motor vehicles for transportation, have ships that can submerge to the depths of the oceans, and medically we have advanced the natural living age beyond theirs by 20+ years. That's progress, not regression
