He just says the CLOSEST star is 4 ly away. The star where 'alien planet' takes place is 6.5 ly away (see around 0:02:10 of the video).
5x6.5=32.5, so still not right, but you have to take into account that it might take the ship YEARS to accelerate to its top speed of 20% of light speed, and then years to slow down again once it gets there.
