Can I ask... what is the difference between a bullet and an arrow tip when it comes to this? Like, why isnt a bullet working like a really really fast knifeor something like that? Why is it that an arrow can penetrate kevlar but a bullet cannot? The only significant difference i can see here is velocity.

Well the tip of the bullet is far more broad than the tips of the shanks/arrows they're using. As you saw, the tip of the shank was able to slide between the fibers of kevlar, a bullet though, would impact the fibers more broadly. Unless they were armor piercing rounds of course. Curious if this liquid armor would be able to stand up to those.
