I want to be a Theoretical Physicist.
When people ask me why the Higgs Boson Particle exists, I can just say, "Hell if I know" and still be a credible scientist.

Ok, so I think it's because mass is a form of energy, and what the higgs boson is transfer this energy to matter such as sub atomic particles like quarks instead of photons. It works similar to how the W boson changes electrons to positrons and how the Z boson alters momentum. Now HOW they work, **** if I know, thats why asking why energy is like it is, no ******* clue.

At first I was going to comment "Because it gives other particles mass." But that is actually pretty ******* thought provoking....

Just grow a epic beard and grab the nearest Crowbar, and then all your problems fade away.

Nope. I'm a physics masters graduate and whenever I tell people, the first thing they always ask me is, "do you watch the big bang theory?"

Yeah, I watch Big Bang theory but at the same time, I can understand the hate. The show itself makes me laugh but I can't stand how being a geek is suddenly all trendy and the way scientists/science students are portrayed I'm general. Not every ******* scientist is some socially inept guy who can't attract girls!
