the order that they show the planets in is the worst kind of order.

I find it very logical.

This is for size comparison, and they went from small to big.

I see no problem.

all of the planets would collide with us if they were that close, except maybe mercury.

No it wouldn't. The distance between earth and the moon is photoshopped in every image you've ever seen probably. It's an incredible distance away. Unfortunately these photos could never truly take place unless Earth was the moon of one of the larger planets.

Can someome add in "you're mom" at the end and have it take up the entire sky?
User avatar #31 to #28 - linkeron (07/15/2014) [-]
Also, if they could also have a whole bunch of digestive end product float upwards while 'you're mom' was up, that'd be great.
User avatar #25 - greendaynimrod (07/15/2014) [+] (6 replies)
Can sciencexplain or anyone explain to me why we don't actually see these planets
User avatar #34 to #25 - thepandaking (07/15/2014) [-]
with our naked eyes? There are a few factors, including the fact that they're not as bright as the stars positioned near them in the sky,so the light makes them dim relative to what your seeing all the stars as, and they're far as hell away, so they're very small as it is. You can kind of make out a size of Jupiter since it's so damn big, like it looks ball-ish or maybe I'm imagining things, but the other planets just look like bright dots when they're visible.

tl;dr you can't see most of them because they're either too small or too far away for the naked eye to see, and the ones you do see are still small enough in the sky to look like another star if you don't have a guiding tool like Google Sky Map (I think that's what it's called) or something like that.
