I have an IQ of 142. I have accomplished nothing.

I have an I.Q. of 119, and am currently a published author, making thousands of dollars worth of investment deals (most, if not all of which are turning out exceptionally well), writing research papers on how you can tell someone's place of origin, age, gender, and personality (on some level) all based upon HOW they type, and am currently writing a literal instruction manual to life and how to handle things (Chapter 1: Relationships, and half of Chapter 2: Fighting are already finished), and I'm only 18

It's not about how smart you are, but how you APPLY your intelligence. Life isn't going to hand you opportunity's just because you believe you deserve them, you have to go out and find them yourself. Think positive, look far, and get your ass in gear; you'll see very quickly just how great life can treat you

I have a feeling you're not interested in my works, but more so if there's any truth behind what I say. I'm sorry to disappoint you, sir; but I don't have any personal books out; only short stories in anthologies (Gems of British Columbia: Volume 4) and another anthology coming out in a few months or so, courtesy of my local collage (Thompson Rivers University). Stop saying "sir," the internet is ruining it via overuse. I wasn't suspicious, just interested. There's plenty of writers to scourge this Earth with shitty literature, because everyone thinks what they have to say is relevant. I wanted to make sure you weren't one of them.

Indeed, I didn't want to sound pompous or anything, my goal was only to inspire one to take action, rather than hope action is taken on their behalf and blame whatever they can when they miss out.

For the record I've been saying "Sir" and "Madam" before the internet was even here, because I was raised with proper manners.

Proper manners aren't about what you say. It's about what you do. It's always good to be humble and modest, better to show extreme humility than anything.

Oh? I always thought it was a measure of Aptitude (how quickly you absorb and retain information). Knowledge (how much you know), Wisdom (how refined your intelligence becomes) and Aptitude combined all equal intelligence
