Actually, the only places I found this was on wiktionary, urbandictionary and unwords. Websites easily editable. This word technically exists though its usage is not widespread enough for it to appear on those dictionaries you mentioned, I guess. If you can use it without too much trouble, then its intelligible right?

I actually did not. I just googled "sapiosexual" and that popped up in the top three. You can see the last time that page was edited. It's on the very bottom.
