Odd name for it. Surely it should be 'sapiophilla' as they're just mixing the Latin with the English?
Did you just make that? Because I've searched wiktionary the last time this "content" was reposted, and it wasn't there. Nor was it in Merriam-Webster, Oxford Online, or any of the physical dictionaries I have on my hands. That's because it's not a real word.

Actually, the only places I found this was on wiktionary, urbandictionary and unwords. Websites easily editable. This word technically exists though its usage is not widespread enough for it to appear on those dictionaries you mentioned, I guess. If you can use it without too much trouble, then its intelligible right?
