1. Fake story-Einstein didn't say that, he was a Jew who was semi Agnostic.
2. None of these are Valid arguments-Any intellectual Christians and Atheists who half know what they are talking about wouldn't bother arguing over any of this. Christian's who are knowledgeable (not farmer Joe or grandma Mildred, but actual scholars) can defend themselves against these points. Atheists wouldn't bother making these arguments because they would only be effective against an idiotic uneducated Christian. What the professor is doing is called a scarecrow argument where stupid words are put into the Christian's mouth and then twisted so that there is seemingly no easy response so you can defeat your opponent and feel superior. Only a slow half educated Atheist, and half educated Christian would make these arguments.
3. Einstein wasn't a dick- He was a nice easy going guy who not openly avoided open conflict but was famous for opposing it. He was pretty much shunned at one point, and got his rise to fame at another point because of his pacifistic viewpoint.
I'm sure this is a lovely little story for young and uneducated Christians and Atheists who haven't taken the time to do in depth studies so they can throw facts at each other. Real true hardcore Christians and Atheists argue over different things, and are actually more friendly about it, inviting each other to and from different place and playing host to debates with each other. If your ideas and viewpoints differ that's fine, as long as we can get along

Wow, i'm actually disappointed this is still circulating.
Einstein was raised by secular Jewish parents. In his Autobiographical Notes, Einstein wrote that he had gradually lost his faith early in childhood
Albert Einstein's religious views have been studied extensively. He said he believed in the god of Baruch Spinoza, but not in a personal god, a belief he criticized. He also called himself an agnostic, and criticized atheism, preferring he said "an attitude of humility.

first point, no there is no such entity as cold, however heat is a directly observable phenomenon that follows direct laws and allows us to make predictions. Same with darkness/light.
Second, evolution HAS been directly observed. viruses like MRSA and the flu constantly evolve, which is why medicine is an arms race, us against evolution.
thirdly whilst no one can see the brain with their own eyes, we can detect it with advanced scientific scanners. After death we can dissect the body and touch see smeel feel and (if that way inclined) taste it.

when ever i get into an argument like this, i simply say "you can neither prove, nor disprove god, in the same way i can neither prove or disprove there is an invisible unicorn living in my backyard on tuesdays when the moon is full."

Actually, scientists have been able to jump past absolute zero and create systems in negative kelvin; 0K is impossible to reach, but they have reached negative temperatures, in which heat behaves backwards. One might consider this "cold heat" or "cold." -1K is actually HOTTER than 1K, despite having less heat.
