No matter what Edison would win; If he lost the fight he would've ran smear campaigns on Tesla again, this time for AC making you violent.

But AC is dangerous , way more than DC at least .
If it was DC running through your house , you could just use lines of conducting paint on the walls instead of wires hidden inside walls . You could even touch it and you would be unharmed .
