Real reason:

Back when humanity began (In Africa) they started to seperate throughout the globe. Some tranveled north and within many many generations their skin started to evolve to white and some of those stared to travel east (Middle eastish) where all was sand and desert. living in sandy areas they had a tough time looking with sand blowing all the time so through many generations evolution started to slowly change the design of their eyes to be more squinqy so they can see better in the desert. They later ended up moving more east and occupying asia.

TLDR: Asians have those eyes to help them see better in a desert. They are the true arabs of the middle east

explain how native south americans, australian aboriginals, islanders and northern native americans all came from africa. respectively.

unless you belive in the Pangaea theory and you also beleive that humanity is as old as a Pangaean earth.

now if you're past all that then another possible theory is mass migration, plausible, but if all humans came from africa then the native americans would have to take the same migration path as the asians, then cross the bering straight by no reasonable means then migrate hundreds of miles more down into the inhospitable jungles of south and central america.
and after taking the same migration path as the asiatics how come there are no true similarities between the two.
