Look closely. Between each bottle there is a small gap in the video. You can see it slightly, most noticeable on the last one.

Also the milk becomes ''more glassy'' the longer they go on in the video.

its really simple. there is water in the bottom of the cups, not enough to notice, but enough to do that. you can tell because the color gets clearer with each cup because its becoming more diluted

My theory is that he used a Super absorbing polymer like sodium polyacrylate that expanded as he poured from cup to cup, giving the illusion that more was magically being made each time he poured.
