Saw this at a friends house. loved the movie. my first thought was
HOLY FUCK ITS THE ASIAN HUNGER GAMES
I know this movie came before (and was a direct inspiration for the hunger games) but the thought still made me laugh.
I didn't even like the hunger games

theres alot of similarities yes but the only main thing thats the same is that people/class are picked randomly and its kids and they go ill each other....thats bout it.... so i cant really say it was inspration for the hunger games books....
