hitler was a great man and a great leader. i mean he lead germany out of the greatest depression it has seen and to top it off he didnt get into trouble, i mean he killed over 6million people and germany wasnt punished at all.

Don't forget about the whole Cold War thing. One could technically make the argument that Germany didn't suffer, seeing as how it was split into two different countries following the war.
