You know, I just had a thought. Everybody dishes crap about hipsters, but they are actually pretty good for society.
They tend to write with intelligence and use proper grammar/spelling.
Their clothes are not particularly outlandish, and in many cases their style is quite mature.
They have an appreciation for the arts and literature, keeping classic novels in print and small music labels in business.
I would take hipsters over hood rats any day.

bullshit their clothes are not particularly outlandish. That is only technically the case because they're a fuckin dime a dozen these days. Outlandish, for sure. Just because everyone and their fuckin mom wants to be like them for some godforsaken reason doesn't mean their attire doesn't suck major ass and isn't too outlandish to be considered legitimate style.
