Yes, the Black and White FJ Pokemon League has been formed! The rules are simple: Defeat the gym leaders in battle to gain a badge, a certain Pokemon in this case, and you have to show it to the next gym leader in order to fight them and advance through the League. Once you have beaten all of the gym leaders, you are able to battle the Elite Four. Once you beat the Elite Four, you have to battle the Champion. If you are the very first person to defeat the Elite Four, you become the first Champion, and remain so until you get defeated in battle. The current Champion then steps down from his position, and gets replaced by the person who has defeated them.

If you are a gym leader and you want to attempt to become the Champion, you must step down from your position, and a new gym leader will take your place. You must then fight your way from the very first gym leader, all the way up to the Champion.

The battles will be flat battles. 3 Pokemon, no legendaries, no duplicate Pokemon, and no duplicate items.
