Bro,
I lost 50 lbs in 3 months
We have a skype group, started with 100+, now down to four, but everyone say results. We talk on the daily, stories, accountability and general social BS too
I will help you with diet and workouts for free, of course
I went from 33+ BF down to 20, and am still losing.
PM me if you want in, we would be glad to have you. I'm probably going to do another round of classes for the newyearsfags when it happens, but I don't mind (and encourage) helping on an individual basis, as long as you stay with it.

I'd be down. Right now, I have been at the gym at least 4 times a week for a month now, eating mid range, neither overly great nor super bad. Im focusing on getting stronger, and losing weight along the way. Thanks for the post fresighto

I know that, I would like to lose 50 lbs of fat, so if i put on 10 of muscle, losing 60. I wont lie, Ive got a decent amount of fat to lose, but I don't think I fall under the 'massively obese,' just maybe the 'almost obese'

ok, just making sure, when i first started working out regularly everything was going great i was sure i was losing weight my pants which always fit where huge on me, so i was rather confused when i weighed my self and learned that i had gained 6lbs. I've since gained another 12lbs.

honestly, the number doesn't mean much to me if im healthy and fit, but where i am now, i know that it reflects my previous bad habits. Right now i try to eat better, smaller portions and run every night. Im kinda hoping others have my problem where i fall off the wagon too often
