I have decided that enough is enough. After years of being fat i'm going to lose weight. Today was the last day people will make fun of me and call me names. If someone has any tips , it would be welcome. Oh at the moment I have no time to go to the gym becouse of my job , so I will workout at home. My workout rutine as of this moment is 30-45 min on excercise bike , then 10 min doing random things for muscles 5 min break and repeat when I get home.
