Let's get started again

I have decided that enough is enough. After years of being fat i'm going to lose weight. Today was the last day people will make fun of me and call me names. If someone has any tips , it would be welcome. Oh at the moment I have no time to go to the gym becouse of my job , so I will workout at home. My workout rutine as of this moment is 30-45 min on excercise bike , then 10 min doing random things for muscles 5 min break and repeat when I get home.

dude, rotate sets, one day do upper body, arms triceps, **** like that, next day, do stomach and core, sit ups crunches, things like that, and third day do legs. rotate your owl.

Be careful with that. I've done iron palm, and you can get serious nerve damage if you do not the careful. Look into wing chin iron palm sets and please, please, do things gradually.

Work out, and eat well. A balance of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and low fat dairy. DO NOT skip breakfast. Stay positive. You've got my support!

I recommend the Insanity workout routine. You dont even have to buy it people have uploaded videos. What you should never expect is the number on the weighing scale to change. It trims you down. After 4 weeks ive only lost 5 lbs. but I had stage 1 pre-double chin and after 2 weeks it was gone. Its great if you want an intense exercise but have no equipment.

Unfortunately ive been busy the last 4 days, pair that with not that healthy food and I already feel myself gettin softer again so i should probably do that now..

Try to do a bit of running in your exercises as well. Also make sure you are eating better, not going to do anything if you gorge yourself as soon as you are done working out

Just eat healthy. I have always been thin just because I eat healthy, balanced food. I do only little bit exercise but nothing much and still I'm in pretty good shape and healty.

Well, I think that in your case a little exercise won't hurt
you're not that fat imo

You are not so obscenely overweight that you should be getting called names and made fun of, and if you are, it's your own attitude and lack of confidence causing it and not your weight.

Getting in shape is great, but you should do it for your health, not because you're expecting it to fix unrelated problems. If people want to make fun of you, they'll always find something to make fun of.
