From Fat to Fit

If I can do it anyone can! To the left is me 3 years ago when I was very lazy and had no motivation. And the two other pictures were taken about a year ago when I first started getting serious about fitness. I went from 180 pounds to 145 after a year of diet and exercise. If you're motivated and disciplined to getting fit, anythings possible

No one is claiming he's at a fitness model level but he definitely has a much better body than the average person. Plus, compared to how he looked before, you can't deny whatsoever that he'd progressed massively! All I can honestly say is well done to him unlike a lot of the fat lazy ******* who whine about the friendzone an' **** , yet choose to do nothing about it.

i was 210 lbs november last year, right now im 172 still on diet and trainning squash, its not that hard altough if you are willing im telling you there will be alot of changes in your life

what was your basic diet?
how did you exercise?
i am also unmotivated, and lazy, and fat.
a little advice would help really, its already august, and i want to get a little more fit by the end of the year.

My goal weight is to drop to 190-200ish. I'm sitting around 240lbs with strong muscle, but also a lot of fat! What did you do to burn it off? I've been riding a bike for cardio and lifting my dumbells/barbells for weights.
