one of my oldest memories is watching a cartoon at age 3, about a family of mice living in fear of the housecat, never leaving their hole and thus facing starvation, as they cried out for food i got the **** up walked my ass to the fridge got a slice of chester cheese and shoved it in the vcr.

It's such a fluid motion as the VCR seemingly sucks in the the VHS. It's like you're feeding a majestic being.

Jokes on you, I have a working VCR AND a working Betamax machine right next to my PS3 and my DVD player . . . unfortunately my TV is about 14" so I can't really watch or play anything.

Awe man the best feeling in the world is to hear that click and know you didn't **** up your VHS tape hit play and realize your ******* brother didn't rewind and you have to rewind the whole thing someone might think that sucks put it was just part of the deal with VHS types.

When we first got a DVD player. and I thought you had to rewind the movie to the beginning once the DVD was finished :)

Half a year ago I found my VHS for Forrest Gump, my most favorite movie of all time.
I put that ****** in and saw that it was halfway through, so I rewind it, but I hear bad noises coming from the VCR.
So I eject the VHS to see what was wrong.
> MFW I saw that the tape had fallen apart and was destroyed, never to be watched again:
