World War II veteran from Belarus Konstantin Pronin, 86, sits on a bench as he waits for his comrades at Gorky park during Victory Day in Moscow, Russia, on Monday, May 9, 2011. Konstantin comes to this place every year after WWII finished. This year he was the only person from the unit.

The one with Christian Golczynski. I've seen it before. I've seen it a million times.

I still cry every time I see him. EVERY single time.

Because I've seen that face before. Like, he's trying really hard not to cry. To be strong like his dad. But he can't. And that makes him feel worse.

Just...damn, kid...

While I agree that all of these are feels, there is one that is not ,at least to me.

The vancouver riots, which was over losing a hockey game to Boston, was prehaps the single most stupid thing I have ever heard. I feel nothing for anyone out on the streets that night, and applaud Canadian riot police, I only wish they were able to use even more excessive force.

I dunno, Earthrise always gives me the strangest feeling.
On one hand, I feel isolated in a way. That Earth really is an insignificant speck of dust in the universe. But at the same time, I realize that damn, we as a species have the technology to leave the immediate pull of the only planet we know to visit other rocks and look back to see how far we've come and how far we'll go, for better or for worse.

See? Vancouver Riots again. I wasn't ************ , there was a riot because their home team lost the Stanley Cup to an American team
