I had a son who was born 2 months premature with other complications. He lived in the NICU room for 39 days, and every day I sat with him for hours, singing to him and reading to him, promising he'll get better and come home. He never did get to come home. It's been over a year, and I think about him every day, and seeing this made my heart shatter all over again
