Long John Silver - Muppet Treasure Island
Cardinal Richelieu - The Three Musketeers
Dr. Petrov - The Hunt for Red October
and many many others (www.aceshowbiz.com/celebrity/tim_curry/filmography.html) would highly recommend.
see i feel like in that respect it won't be as bad as this... The thing with Robin is that it was os suddden and he still had a lot of life to live, but when morgan dies, it'll just be hs time... he's a pretty old guy. that's not to say i won't be crushed when he dies
I love Morgan Freeman, but Robin Williams felt like family. Sure, I wasn't a fan of some of his stuff, but God, did I feel more pain when he died then so many other things I've hurt from.
Well Robin Williams shaped my childhood, Morgan Freeman shaped my young adulthood, so probably just as terrible. Though I dare say the internet may stop for an entire day in mourning of that man.
Sometimes the happiest people on the outside are not quite as happy on the inside.
I feel like with all these anti-suicide and anti-depression quotes he's been saying over the years (and in films), it's been hinting towards this event.
An interesting article, but like almost every Cracked article out there it's misleading. It seems to hint that all funny people are depressed, and the funny side of them is a shield to cover that up. However, it's just the case that some depressed people use humour to hide, which isn't the same thing as a genuinely funny person just being funny (without the depressed part.)
Still, I'm glad you posted this - it was an interesting read, after all. Just take articles like these with a handful of salt, though.
