Well if you remember when you become the little sister (at least seeing through her eyes), all she did was stab you with the ADAM syringe.

At the end of the game, Eleanor stabs with the syringe and you can see through her eyes.

I actually used to feel that way to bro, I used to be skinny-fat

Now I bulked the fuck up, got strong as fuck (benching 120kg now) and feel great, especially on nights out with my gf, I can actually protect her.

Also I got a part time job as a bouncer so that feels good too, being able to protect people.

Change your lifestyle man, it'll be the best thing you'll ever do, trust me :)

You can't bulk up? Do you even lift? Everyone can get stronger, buy some whey protein and start mixing it in milk and drink it after doing 3 sets of 5 in bench press and squats at the gym. Throw in some curls for the girls every few workouts and implement some other core workouts as time goes by such as dead lift. Just get to the gym dude, it's not hard.

Whatever you say, man. In my opinion you're letting your mindset limit you and you've simply decided that you can't get stronger. When you break your muscles down, they DO grow back stronger and it IS as simple as that. That's all working out is, and it doesn't take much time before you start to see the effects. I don't see how your social skills affect this in any way, but you can work on those too.

Actually, I don't know why the hell I'm on FJ preaching self-improvement to a stranger, but I just wanted to point out that increasing your physical strength is possible for anyone.

I got one of the smallest, most socially awkward people I know to start lifting. I got him on my program, had a mutual friend that works at GNC give him some protein samples, and he IS getting stronger. It's not impossible. The first step is always the hardest, but it's worth it.

After I started lifting I felt great about myself. Eye contact used to be difficult for me, too, but now I have no problems. He was right when he said it's all in your head - you're throwing up walls and not even attempting to break them down. Ultimately it's up to you, but what will you lose by trying?

The problem isn't just eye contact either. I can hardly say one word to people I don't know. When i say "I have bad social skills", I mean it's just fucking ridiculous. Thats what people fail to understand. Instead of trying to understand, they pretty much call you an idiot and the only argument they can fucking get is "It's not impossible", and it might not be, that doesn't change the fact it's really fucking difficult.

Forget about bitches. Do it for yourself. Even with bad social skills, the scariness of going to the gym fades away after your first 3-4 sessions. People there will want to help you if they see you need it, but other than that, gyms are a professional environment and nobody is going to mess with you. Buying a membership is the only time you'll ever be required to talk to someone. I'm going to stop posting now because I have to go but good luck with whatever you do man. I lack social graces myself so I know how it is.
