What about that picture of the old man putting out flyers of his birthday party because nobody would give him presents so 4chan sent him hundreds of presents and letters?

The one with the hot girl showing the cleavage having less likes than the girl with cancer still bothers me.

On one hand, I think it's a great thing that there's more people admiring the strength that it takes to get through cancer over a pair of jubilees struggling to stay in place in a tight top. But looking at the bigger picture, both of the girls have the same thing in common, that they're posting those pictures for the sole purpose of gaining likes, and whilst showing yourself off for internet attention is pretty pitiful, I'd argue that taking advantage of your terminal illness for sympathy from people is even worse.

That's overlooking the possibility that the picture of the girl with cancer could've been posted by someone who is perfectly fine health-wise and found the image on google in order to gain likes/attention on her post and benefit from someone else's suffering, which is even worse. But then again, that's just a possibility.

So in conclusion, it didn't restore my faith in humanity at all. Loved the Obama one though.

I love it when parents, especially dads, accept that their child is gay and supports them.

I wish my dad would. He says that I might "think" that I'm gay. Lol like it's a choice, amirite?

Barack Obama is seemingly a very nice man, but he knows nothing about how to get bullies off your back.

This upsets me.

There's 2 main reasons why these things are the way they are (ignoring the possibility of a more popular page posted on):
1) Alot of people wouldn't like the one on the left at the risk of looking like a pervert in front of their friends
2) People like the photo on the right to make themselves feel like good people, or to look good in front of their friends. I doubt any of them actually think she's the "most beautiful teenager"

It's a damn shame she has the disease she has, but until FB likes can be exchanged for the cure for cancer, this is not in any way a restoration of faith in humanity.

Not really, there really is no need to try to make cancer patients or people who have been plagued by other diseases out as "beautiful". Sure, it's sad that these people are sick with potentially deadly diseases, but really? Do we really need to try to show support by entering them in these "Beautiful teen" contests? If you really want to support them, send some ******* money.

I really wish I liked Obama as a president, because he seems like a great guy.

And that just makes it worse. He's all like "Hey man, come out. Let's play! Human, human, human, human...Hey!" The guy never comes back though and that dog just has to think that he abandoned him. It's just sad to know that dogs don't get to understand why people leave them. It makes is so much harder to have it happen.

Ok, dude who had Leukemia speaking here.

Stop with the ******* ******** about girls with cancer being more pretty than girls that show their cleavage, I know everyone wants to act like they care by likeing a picture of a bald girl but shut up please. A lot of people with cancer are trying to be as happy as they can because that will help you recover a lot easier and faster, placebo effect thingy.

But it annoys me a ******* that people just post pictures of someone with cancer on Facebook or wherever and they claim that they're beautiful, which they are every person is beautiful, but you're just trying to make yourself feel good, if you care that much about people with cancer donate some money to organisations or faoundations that try to help them instead of likeing a picture.

Probably YFW reading this.

My dad was paralyzed from the waist down for 18 years and every year he would get a bunch of fruit baskets and cards from kids in grammar school.
My dad, brother and myself would read through them and laugh at some because they would 'say get well soon', Which we all thought was kinda funny.

3,200 meters or 3.2kms is literally a 15 minute run at medium jogging pace.
