Depression runs in my family, for 3 days last week I didn't even get out of bed. you're just fucking sad and it has to stop on its own. I personally will randomly just start crying for an hour and feel just incredibly sad and lethargic and I don't know why.

A good friend of mine has depression and hasn't left the house since last September :/ I have bipolar but far less severe. I feel for you

He needs to get mess for it, he'll feel so much better when he gets the right mix, (everyone's depression is diff and require diff antidepressant mixes to feel better) he needs a doctor to help him do that.

I used to be on meds and if you're really fragile it can make things worse, and she's the most sensitive thing i've ever seen. She's leaving the house for the first time since on the 23rd, to walk to my house so i'll help her out :)

Well that's great, I understand her problems, and I hope she gets better, she can't be who she wants if she's too upset to leave her house. But you're a good friend, and I'm glad I have mine so I know she's glad to have you. My friends are what keep me from going of the edge. Literally.
