Emotions are weaknesses and lead to bad illogical decisions. All they do is cloud peoples judgement.

Because anon has never felt an emotion in his life, a hint that he is obviously superior to us.

I obviously have but wish I didn't. Emotions are pointless and stupid.
User avatar #94 to #83 - neutralgray (04/30/2013) [-]
Emotions serve an evolutionary purpose. And even if they didn't, those emotions and our cognitive ability coupled with them is what makes humans unique. Saying they're "stupid and pointless" makes you sound twelve.
#98 to #94 - anonymous (04/30/2013) [-]
I'm 19 but good guess... emotions lead to stupid illogical decisions. That's why they're stupid. It just judges normally smart people's judgement.

you foo!, the great North Korea will be the everlasting Korea because they dont have those weak emotions, and that is why our supreme leader will lead the greates country of all into VICTORY!!!!

... what? I'm sorry I don't understand what you're saying.
User avatar #95 to #85 - connorusinvictus (04/30/2013) [-]
In a movie called Equilibrium, after a massive war that all but destroyed the world, man found that the cause of all war was emotion, they then made a medicine that got rid of emotions, some people stopped taking it and felt things. they called them sense-offenders and were hunted by law enforcement, then killed.

good movie, kinda cheesy, but i still loved it.
#99 to #95 - anonymous (04/30/2013) [-]
Makes sense. Wish something like that would actually happen.
User avatar #100 to #99 - connorusinvictus (04/30/2013) [-]
The point of the movie is if that happened people would want to feel again, people would do it, they would be hunted and killed, they would kill whoever came after them. it wouldn't stop war, it wouldn't stop destruction. It's in our nature as humans to want to fight for something. Be it freedom, religion, money, ownership of something, it's what people do, we fight over **** . I would rather no one ever fight again, then I could just sit there and eat my food, but it's in our nature to fight. It'll never end, not until everything ends. Until everything is Nicholas Cage, and nothing will hurt....

This entire comment was just me B.S.-ing my way to that joke, by the way.
#102 to #100 - anonymous (05/01/2013) [-]
The point of the movie sounds more like emotions are stupid. Everything was fine until those few ******** decided they wanted to feel sad again, then they caused problems. If they would have just let it be there would not have been any problems but look at emotions making people make stupid decisions again.

Now see if this had been posted by SonicTeam the comment would be all aflame with **** you ****** or kill your self, blah blah blah. you sicken me with your hypocrisy.
Mean while GO SonicTeam!
User avatar #48 to #46 - ThpiderMan (04/30/2013) [-]
Uhh... Except SonicTeam ruins everything he touches by making everything super unfunny sex jokes. He's like a 12 year old that thinks the word penis is absolutely the height of comedy. This is just a exact quote from south park. It's lazy, sure, but still better than anything SonicTeam has made.
User avatar #104 to #48 - SonicTeam (05/01/2013) [-]
See, that's where I have to stop you. Not every one of my TV comics have sex jokes. I try to provide a variety every now and then so I don't become a "One-Note" type of person. Back then I used to make cartoons all Sex Jokes because it ruins the childhood and that is what I'm known for, but to answer your statement, NO. I don't turn everything into a sex joke. If you REALLY got to know me and not by what the community tells you about me, you'd know this by now. Have a good day Sir
User avatar #108 to #104 - ThpiderMan (05/01/2013) [-]
I'm not listening to what the community says. Funnyjunk has a good community that poisons itself, everyone here is so hateful and close-minded, that being said, I've been coming to funnyjunk since it was white, and I have paid close attention, and it is true I stopped reading your comics about a year ago, but you can't fault me because most of the ones I DID read weren't jokes, they were simply cartoons redubbed to be sexual, not in a funny way, just in a bland, "penis in ****** hehe" way. I'll start to pay attention again and see if you really have become a better comic maker, I don't have any ill will towards you, I've just yet to see a comic of yours that wasn't a passive aggressive assertion of the belief that buggering is hilarious.
User avatar #110 to #108 - SonicTeam (05/02/2013) [-]
Well OK then. I respect your opinion and thank you for not lashing out on me.
User avatar #112 to #110 - ThpiderMan (05/02/2013) [-]
I didn't really know there was a hatred for you specifically, it just seems like any comic maker on funnyjunk is only allowed to be cool for like a month, then it's cooler to act like you don't like them regardless of whether you like them or not. If you're still getting front page, then someone obviously likes them.

And to be clear, I don't usually go around bashing people, I reread my comment and it has more venom and vitriol than i really intended, but I was mad at the other person for comparing two entirely different forms of picture. You redub as a comic, that was just direct quotes, so comparing them is silly.
User avatar #113 to #112 - SonicTeam (05/02/2013) [-]
Yea. In my opinion, redubbing is my way of funny cause I''m like "Hey, this joke can be re-written in another way if you think about it" and I give it a shot. Kinda like how Weird Al does with popular songs.
User avatar #114 to #113 - ThpiderMan (05/02/2013) [-]
I get ya, I don't mind the direct quotes, or the redub, the direct quotes are just lazy generally and not worthy of the amount of thumbs they get.
User avatar #115 to #114 - SonicTeam (05/02/2013) [-]

If we were never upset or angry, how would we truly know when we would be happy? this is why utopia can not exist
User avatar #47 to #41 - ScottP ONLINE (04/30/2013) [-]
Exactly. Utopia is just an ideal. It is not an end, nor a means.
