Other than that, I really expected them to make him Cyborg. Then again, I have seen commercials on CN that do a character breakdown for Cyborg(in YJ animation) so there might be a future.

On a side note, I actually recall seeing this dude as a supporting role in teen titans somewhere in the last episodes.

Two potential problems with the first solution: either you get in trouble if you get into a fight with him, or you're unfortunate to have one of the guys who, upon being stood up to, escalates and beats the living shit out of you.

Don't get me wrong, I still support standing up for yourself and not letting the adults handle everything; I ended my bullying problem in middle school by threatening the guys with a bat. But standing up for yourself does have the potential to backfire, and people should be ready to accept the consequences if it does.

One doesn't work, or at least didn't work when I was a kid. It just ended in a lot of one sided fights.

Fighting and standing up is always the best option.
Even if failure is a near guarantee, even if you're outnumbered, even if everyone, even the bystanders, are against you, fight. Even if you're kicked out of school, even if your parents crack all manner of fuck, you fight back. Let no man say you didn't fight, let no man say you didn't stand up to the injustice no one else would stand up to. Be the one who said "No".

To play in such silly games is bad advise. How about starting to be yourself instead of trying to fit some ridiculous role? You are born free, and nobody can demand of you to act like a clown for their amusement!
