The problem is that this is basically internet To Catch A Preditor, but without solid evidence. Keemstar pressures people into breaking and admitting everything, which is a form of torture.
You can say 'man, cyberbullying ain't real, just close your pc like wtf', it's about someone who lives through the internet, in this case as a streamer. Streaming is his life and he's only in his element playing runescape online. If his online reputation gets shattered by some asshole who is just plain wrong, he has to look for an entirely new life. It's not impossible, but it's not fair in the slightest. He doesn't deserve this and Keemstar shouldn't deserve to get away with this.
And if only Keemstar was the only problem. He's a vigilante with a blind army and this army starts sending the death threads to the victim and his family. Keemstar breaking people is only the beginning.
