(I have really no idea what to put here) I strum quietly on a strange string instrument and hum to myself with a drink on the table in front of me. Dressed in quality clothing that has seen wear, its obvious i've come a long way.

"That's what happens when you're against Wattock the Geomancer!" the filthy dwarf yells as he places his hands on his hips and stares randomly into nothing in his drunken stupor.

As soon as the Flash created the distraction, the Elf moved quickly, ducking in and out of the patrons. He ducked behind one of the Mapholders, blindly flailing around in the aftermath of that spell. Quite a handy Dwarf. The male clapped his hand over the Mapholder's face and his palm immediately burst into flame with a muttered incantation. His free hand dipped into his victim's pocket and plucked out the map piece, only to deposit it into his own. Before everyone else could recover, he sat back down at his table, plucking up his tankard to take a deep drink.

Sorry, Tankard <3 zacteth kaytoast

(Time to play a character I have NO idea how to play!)

Grumbling and clanking accompanied the elf as he entered the inn, struggling with a pair of bulky-looking handbag.
"Lowbred, lazy..." More grumbling. "Stupid, arseheaded..." He threw the bags onto the ground and bent over them, breathing hard. "If I ever see those servants again, I'm going to toss them in the moat." He was fine-featured, with high cheekbones under pale skin and long, dark brown hair. While his body had the look of nobility about it, his armor looked like it had seen better days. It was well-crafted, white metal edged with gold trim, but it appeared poorly cared-for, with dents and flecks of rust here and there as if he wasn't accustomed to caring for his armor. Which he wasn't. At his side hung a scabbard with an elegant sword hilt poking out, and a shield bearing a blue insignia in the shape of a rearing gryphon was strapped to his arm.

Drawing another breath, the elf picked up his bags again and dragged them over to an empty table and sat down, eyeing the inn's other occupants with distaste. He flagged down a serving girl and ordered a meal, forking over a few coins, then took a map from one bag and spread it out on the table. He had come a long way from Amhran-Oighear, that was for certain. His father's northern kingdom was at the topmost edge of the map. The elf smiled in spite of himself. Imagine his father's face when he came back a hero. Maybe he would slay a dragon, or rescue a kingdom from a necromancer. That should shut up the "spoiled princeling" mutters he kept hearing about the castle. So what if he had brought along two servants on his quest? A Paladin needed retainers.

Of course, maybe he should have brought some pack animals as well instead of making them carry all his things.

Uh... I guess I sit drunk in a corner of the inn, pouring down tankard after tankard of ale.

I'm a dwarf dressed in a brown ragged robe with several stains of blood, puke and other kinds of filth on it. Under the filth a few runic symbols are present, indicating a person of some arcane knowledge. (I'm a male doorf wizard in case you missed it.)

(*knuckle crack* here goes nothing)

There she was, leaning back in a chair in the darkest corner of the inn. It wasn't often that Chiara the elf visited a place like the Broken Sword, but she was desperate. In her hometown, she is a revered bounty hunter, loved by some, but feared by most. She had left to pursue her dream of exploring the world and scoring some exotic kills, but as soon as she did, she had a hard time finding jobs. She had heard of the Broken Sword Inn, where the strongest of warriors gather to group up and set out on adventures, and decided to stop by. So far, she is less than impressed.

Accompanied only by the sound of stone grinding on steel, she sharpened her sword and waited. She had a feeling that soon she would get an offer that she couldn't refuse, and her chance at wealth and glory.
