Actually i didn't mod that! there's a bug that if you're wearing the Chinese Stealth Suit from Operation anchorage, you can wear any number of hats, one helmet, and one pair of glasses. So i put on hellfire helmet and Samurai helmet (counts as hat) and then switched chinese armor for Hellfire armor. I used nothing but shishkebab and flamer for the majority of the game.

i completely forgot about that glitch...and about the hellfire armor completely (my mistake i only started playing fallout 3 after 2 years or so)but it still looks wicked either way.

people like you my friend! Check out the Cryolator in the one above your comment. Was meant to be the craftable Energy weapon

that would have been pretty bad ass if they actually added it,though you would probably need some pretty high tech stuff to craft it
