I'm pretty sure Jacobstown would slaugter Caesar's armies by the millions. We're talking about regenerating sentient Hulk-beasts with rocket launchers and Stealth-Boys out the ass. The ONLY member of the Legion capable of dealing with that kind of firepower would be the Courier, IF ED-E was a companion, but the Legion eyes ED-E with suspicion at best. A few sticks of dynamite can stop their best assassins, I DOUBT they'll make it past the more heavily armed areas like Nellis either. There's enough explosive firepower in Nellis alone to flatten all of Caesar's territory, and enough propellant to get it there. Really, it doesn't matter what side you choose, they're all pretty much fucked by the independent factions.
