They managed to make Arthur look similar to John, but they put Jet in Vault 95 despite the fact that it wasn't invented until around 2240. Todd needs to get his **** together.
yeah, they also have psycho buff in the game, which if you played Fallout 2 vigorously you know exactly what that **** will do to you. June 29, 2077
I removed Private Callow's liver and cooked it. I then had it sent down to the boys in bio storage with fava beans and a nice Chianti. They think it was a special thank you from the general for a job well done. I love my job.

I tried a new drug cocktail of Buffout and Psychos on one of my patients and mixed with some special enhancers I've been toying with. The results were promising, if not messy. The subject became very violent and managed to break out of his room. Luckily, the new security robots were in place and managed to subdue him. I'll have maintenance come down and replace that door.
btw by broke out they meant blew out a reinforced vault-style steel door with nothing but pure muscle. you can see it in the center of the image
aren't there also gunners there? who are like druggie mercs and **** ?, but i do get the jet being thrown everywhere, even other vaults and supposedly "sealed" locations/containers from before war
Jet on the west coast gives you action points. On the east coast it slows down time. It's probably just an inhaler with a stimulant as opposed to Brahmin ****
slowed time gives jet way more use than some ap boost, especially when you don't want to constantly use VATS, which sort of feels like cheating, slap on best scope to your gun and get that 90% hit chance with everything, no need to aim or anything else
jet was explained in FO2 to have come from a pre-war meat manufacturer's protien strand that went bad, it can be theorized that jet existed long before the war and was simply re-discovered.
I mean, comparing it to MWO, it just doesn't give you enough options to start with, in MWO, you get 16 trial mechs to play with, 4 of each weight class, and these even have a "meta-like" build on them. Hawken started me with 1 medium mech, and I had to play 5 matches to get a new gun for it.
I didn't like Hawken at all. It's not the slower pace, I'm all for that, but I was always up against people who'd paid, and were therefore better than me.
he didn't know
still feels human
still all up on brotherhood's dick
if you refuse to execute him and pass a speech check he'll be considered dead
if you take him with you you'll be an enemy of the brotherhood while he's following you
he also puts on x power armor
I would but I mowed the whole brotherhood down with my minigun of exploding (has the+15 explosive damage per shot) on the stupid little blimp of there's after a mowed down the institute
The Milkman Conspiracy in Fallout would be jarring and cool as **** .
Running through a non-fallout, perfectly green and shiny suburb, fighting synths and Mr. Handy's in the pursuit of knowledge on why there's so many milk bottles in the apocalypse.
Well Strong the Super Mutant companion took an excerpt from a book about milk making people strong, as if it's an actual buff (which even though he helps you, he just wants to get milk to make super mutants much stronger than humans). The milk cartons may just be empty, so we don't make his whole existence seem meaningless.
But we know his name why he only says what he says and that he was manufactured at robco and as a result cheaper parts were used for him which is why he is ****** .
