my first character was zer0 and i gotta say I dont get the point of having a decoy. I'm already invisible, I don't need any wayward bullets or explosions aimed at my decoy to hit me.

if you aren't already you should use the cunning tree you get random element exploding kunai and if one of them is slag it is pretty much an instant kill

If you get the right perk, they explode.

The damage buff helps a shit ton when you need to snipe big bosses like BNK-3R. It also makes you feel badass as hell when you dash in on someone with a digisword.

Gearbox is the master developer for hidden referancing. They even managed to slip a few into the shitty Duke Nukem Forever game even though they did little to no work on in compared to the other companies attached to that...thing.

Caustic caverns.
Find some railway tracks.
Follow them west to some rocks.
Make sure you're on the ones on a bridge, not the floor.
Go north over some rocks.
On an area not on the map you'll see minecraft dirt.
Break through it and prepare to fight creepers.
