I literally did 4 separate playthroughs of the game just to get all 75 achievements.

I did the same, I only find sadness in the Mojave now, I've done every quest, explored every location, and earned every achievement. I have insurmountable wealth, an armory that would shame the NCR, and nothing left to do. Sometimes it's hard to be the best...
