(10/22/2015) [-] if you max luck, you can clean out the casinos in new vegas and dead money from playing with the slot machines mindlessly. I didn't know there was a upper limit on how much you could win until i tried.
You also get a few dialogue options, like the repconn headquarters (i think?) where the robot asks for the password, you can guess it right. 10 luck also allows you to fix caesars brain tumor.

vorarephilia (10/22/2015) [-] that only happens if you are pretty far down with the legion, as in, you can't back out and side up with anyone else (although going independent at that point is an option i think). fix it and he thanks you and sends you to fight in the dam. if you don't his body guard will be all "oi did you kill him?". I think a speech check allows you to not get attacked, or if the legion likes you a lot. regardless, Lanius will become the new caesar and launch the attack as planned.
