I'm glad to see he killed Trashcan Carla. She and the rest of the Institute's informants are the most evil characters imo. The people in the Institute have lived their whole lives without interacting with the people of the Commonwealth, so it's understandable that the Institute would see those people as little more than numbers on a screen. The Institute informants, though... they're people who know firsthand the fear and terror that the Institute synths inspire in the Commonwealth and yet chose to sell out their friends and neighbors for their own gain.
