fallout 4 with a better story, a more polished map and a much more improved settlement/weapon
system would be gold.
system would be gold.
I like fallout 4 a lot. 160hours of game time a lot. But what i would want to see, something that would make me actually connect with the companions, i want the game to be more dramatic. Like mass effect, they know how to do dramatic **** , like when in ME3 Mordin gave his life to save krogans, that brought a tear in my eye. But when in FO4 you have to execute Danse it just feels like another mission completed and you just keep going like nothing happened.
if it wasn't for the spoiler, you would have got a lot of thumbs up. Spoiler that ****
I killed all of the brotherhood of steel... and the railroad... **** em
it's not a spoiler, you can kill all of your companions and you don't even need to kill Danse.
SPOILER : I personally didnt because i wanted to feel like a true follower of the brotherhood of steel, that was my character choice so i stuck with it, even though Danse was the only follower i liked, even though he confided in me his feelings i still killed him for the brotherhood and im 99.99% sure he wasnt actually a synth.
tldr: **** the BOS. Danse is the sexiest follower and i will not be convinced otherwise.

I wanted to stay true to the BOS but he was the only companon I put time into. But I can see why you did it.
I fought hard and chewed so many mentats to save him

**hattaz rolled image**Well the problem with GTA V is that the map was huge, but like nothing was in it. Most of it was desert that most people would've never explored. That's why San Andreas felt bigger to me than 5, i really hope this isn't the issue with FO4, aka, all this space, nothing to see.

That's real pretty but is it post apocalyptic wasteland?
Like, I guess your entitled to your opinion.

Even though its not "lore friendly" i would love to play fallout 4 with vibrant green grass and bright blue water.
What if, fallout 4 "before the bomb" was a thing? Its like a chinese invasion of boston kinda scenario, where its war torn but not nuked and dead?
Less broken up buildings, more intact internals and no raider bases all over the place. Ghouls and super mutants turn into chinese sodliers and deathclaws are ************ forms of power armor.

i would imagine the world way more colorful wihtout humans
"apocalyptic wasteland" <---why? there are apparently some new species and stuff...so the world just goes on. there is no reason for the nature to not be colorful.
nukes dont make water grey....

And that's why Fallout 1&2 world map worked. It was literally a huge wasteland with nothing in it but a few hostile/random encounters and junk, and a few points of interest i.e. locations where most of the game took place. That's how it logically should be. Pockets of civilization within a vast nothingness, instead of a closed borders theme park that the game is currently
Could be because you can sprint and get places faster in 4 than in 3.
