Potomac Attire

Potomac Attire is one of the shops located in the Market of Rivet City. Run by Bannon, Potomac Attire sells armor and clothing, and usually has around 300 caps to barter with.
But he don't have much of that armor does he? Sure if I was living in rivet city I might buy some clothes from him time to time, but I don't.

I think they only had him there to keep it "real", but even so He probably doesn't turn in much profit.

I dislike him.

I'm pretty sure I'd buy his entire stock every week or so. I just had an obsession with hoarding clothes for some reason.

Yeah but Rivet City has Madison I'm-A-Massive-Bitch Li as one of it's leaders and Asswipe Bannon as one of the others. To be honest Flak & Shrapnel and Harkness are the only people there who understand how to keep everyone on that boat alive (lot's of good guns)

The store is called Potomac Attire and it is a clothing shop in the game Fallout 3. The shop is located in Rivet city, and is generally a useless shop. It sells standard clothing/armor that will sometimes give a small buff to a stat for the clothing or skill, and if it is armor it will have a buff as well as a Damage Resistance factor. Referred to as Damage Threshold, or D/T for short. As in it will allow you to negate incoming damage. Although by the time you have reached rivet city you probably stumbled across a better choice of attire. Also the clothing/armor he sells is very abundant in the wasteland.

Why would anyone want to wear something that isn't a Vault 101 jumpsuit? The very premise of a "clothing store" is ridiculous.
