The fallout movie is a movie about fallout. It follows the storyline from the first game for a bit though it varies a bit.
Project V13 was supposed to be fallout online.
Fallout extreme was supposed to be a game looking like fallout tactics, squad based gameplay.
Fallout van Buren was a game that would also be like fallout 2 but then got cancelled.
These games/movies were cancelled because Interplay and Black Isle Studios went bankrupt.
There was also a Fallout Tabletop game that got cancelled.

Knowing Hollywood, A fallout movie is most likely being talked about.
Fallout Tactics was, in mine and my friends opinion, a bombshell, si it might be a good thing it was canceled.
The table top was created by a third party years ago.

Indeed. It was supposed to look like fallout 2, the fallout 3 we know now looks like an elder scrolls game imho.

V13 was to be Fallout Multiplayer.

Fallout Extreme was to be a Fallout Tactics-esque PS2/Xbox game.

Van Buren was Interplay's (The guys who made Fallout 1, 2, BoS, and Tactics) original Fallout 3 that never saw the light of day except through torrents and such, but even then it's not finished so it's pretty meh.

Ah that's a shame

There was also a cancelled Fallout Pen and Paper d20 game being made by Glutton Creeper game.

They were threatened by Bethesda with legal action, which made them change it into a more generic post-apocalyptic wasteland based RPG with a different name, Exodus. All that was really changed was the 1950s postmodern stylistic was changed to a 1970s B-Movie post-apocalyptic science-fictiony feel rather than survival feel, along with the apocalypse happening much sooner than 10/23/2077, on that once fabled date of 12/21/2012.
