its not photo shopped its an easter egg put into the game to reference what the game was originally going to be which was a time traveling game with dinosaurs, if you don't believe me you can look it up on youtube on a guys channel called DYK gaming.

Fun fact: Having low intelligence in the first two games will make you out to be a cave man who can only talk in grunts and the like, talking to the village idiot however will make it possible for you to hold a lengthy conversation with him, as he appears extremely intelligent to you.
Unknown Fact: This intelligence thing works even in Fallout 3 and New Vegas, Fallout 3 just has very few choices for being stupid.

In New Vegas however, you are both rewarded, and punished harshly for being stupid. For example, going into a room will initiate a conversation with a security bot, if you have a luck of 7 you'll guess it right, if you have a stupidity of 3 you will also get it right making your character just randomly scream ICE CREAM.

Another funny one is when talking to a scientist he asks if you're interested in science, you can respond with a "I is scientific"

My experience with posting the link is as follows:

1) "Dude I totally read cracked too!"

Or

2) Voted down
Posting the text directly makes people more susceptible to read it, it's like with youtube vids on Funnyjunk, they either go into obscurity right away or are thumbed down.

T'was a good pasta, but it would've been better if the last paragraph and the last portions of the second to last paragraph were just omitted if it wanted to maintain a degree of realism.
Reads like the writer of this couldn't figure out how to wrap it up so he just tried to force in a "oo spooky conclusion"

There was another Ed who lived in the outskirts of Vault City who dealt with Brahmin. He sold Vic a Vault 13 flask and you have to ask him where he got it.

Agreed, my top 3 fallout villains are:
-The Master
-Vault 13's Overseer (since he blocks you out of the vault after saving the vault and most of the area from the mutant threat, get bloody mess and you can kill him)
-Vault-tec executive (In the script for the fallout movie it says that a vault-tex executive started the war by firing 1 nuclear missile and then the other countries started finishing each other off)

I don't really see Frank Horrigan as such a villain but more as a henchman. A really really good henchman. Also I loved his voice. First time I heard it I got flabbergasted. He indeed was an awesome guy to fight with.

Now hold on there my fallout brethren while there have been ideas for one no movie has ever been made with the fallout universe in mind. Most movies dealing with fallout as just purely fan made. Might i make Ulysses as a good alternative, he has by far the best boss fight (if you actually want to fight him) and a very good back story with the main character.

Not at all. I liked the Legate from Vegas even if I liked Fallout 3 more overall. Fallout 3's final "boss fight" with Colonel Autumn left a lot to be desired, though.
