If all those guys die before you do the Cabot House quest, when you go to rescue sister Cabot from them, they repopulate and have a new, slightly different leader with a different name. You can even tell him how asking for your stuff didn't go well for the last guy.

Ironically, if you kill everyone before doing the Cabot family quests, when you go to retrieve his sister, you can tell the survivors that you killed everyone running this scam last time and aren't going to take their **** again, prompting them to let you go straight to the girl.
