No, darth maul came back in the clone wars went on a killing spree, and i'm not sure what's going on in this season, but i think he was killed the last time by owen lars after a fight with obi-wan after he tracked obi wan down to tattooine...then again i'm not sure if that fight was considered canon.

I'm not talking about in the Clone Wars cartoon, since Luke was not there, nor was he alive. However, Darth Maul did come back at one point as a hologram.
