So what happen here is that the player's Intelligence is incredibly low. And if your Intelligence is too low in the earlier Fallout games you're literately too dumb to speak and is limited to a couple of grunts. This makes many side quests hard to finish or even get as the player can't communicate with the Quest-Giver.

This however is a conversation with Torr, one of the dumbest characters in the game. But because the player is just as stupid they understand each other. Like morons speak their own universal Language.


Having a stupid Playable Character can be entertaining I've heard. As the character doesn't understand anything that is going on he/she will give funny descriptions on their environment.
Like if they hear a voice from a computer they assume there is a lady "trapped in the box".

Yes, i was supposed to post more pictures from fallout 1, but the format got ****** up. That's why i changed the name to mini comp, but i seemed to forget to remove the number 1 completely

If anyone is interested in watching a Fallout 1 Playthrough in low intelligence Sips is doing one atm.

He is playing as Mike Tyson (Tython) the retarded boxer. The low intelligence dialogue is hilarious.
