I don't know about Boone, I got rid of him because it just came way too easy. I chose to use Veronica with that power fist you get from the dead paladin in one of the caves, been a long time since I've played it so I can't remember the name of the fist nor the cave :P

Boone was the main reason I played NV. I didn't really like the game, but Boone reminded me of Scott Mitchell from Ghost Recon. I prefer Veronica and Cass (I don't remember her name, I havent played the game in a while either) as characters, but they cant beat Boone's level of badassery. Rex is nothing compared to Dogmeat, and Lily creeps me out. Everyone else sucks to me. Boone wins.

NV didn't really appeal to me either, but I still played it because it was a Fallout game. What do you think about Fallout going back to the old roots and just using a updated engine? For example the Dragon Age engine, just with the gameplay Fallout 1 & 2 had.

I wouldn't know, I've never played pre-3 Fallout (my computer sucks and 1/4 of the keyboard doesn't work. Console gamer, I am.) And people don't like to ask me about anything remotely related to Dragon Age because I liked 2 better than Origins. Because Merrill. And several other reasons. But mostly Merrill.

Haha, I was going for the power armor at the enclave base early on in the game. I was ambushed by Aliens, so I just went into the cave. Needless to say, I jumped when I saw this.
