and by mod, I mean destroy all weapons you have but the legendary ones, which can't be destroyed
so yeah
I've lost a good 4 weapons, and it still keeps happening so I quick save before I use a modding bench

i'm only level 64 and still one area i go to has whimpy ass raiders that i can kill with a .38 pipe pistol.
at least i think that's how it works, but also the XP is based on your intelligence, and enemy level and toughness. not to mention whether or not you have the "well rested" and "lovers embrace" boost. then there's also savant. where if you have it rank 2, you could get 1.2k xp from quests if you're lucky enough.
