Heres what you do:
at start: Intelligence 8
Endurance: 6
Perception: 6
tags:
Medicine, explosives, small guns or speech.
first couple levels up, use intense training on endurance until 9, get comprehension and educated perks to increase skill point distribution.
after a while of playing and leveling up, important ones you need are toughness, life giver, cyborg. be sure to keep medical skill as high as possible, use less stimpaks and build up over time. science and lockpick for best scavenging and more stuff, agility if you so please. if you continue this correctly = avg. 500 - 600 health max, and 5 skills maxed to 100 at level 20. Boss.

Really? How exactly is a deathclaw supposed to kill you when you've got the YCS/186? A headshot without any sort of critical can hit up to 460 out of their 500 HP when you've got all the related perks and you're using max overcharge cells.
