Why not just sneak past him and take one of them? Then you can shoot the fucker and take the rest of his guns! It's more powerful than stabbing, AND you get to SHOOT someone!

its worth it. The weight enhancing implants are so fucking awesome.

Level 4 weight implant,Level 4 Carbon Nanofiber Implants in both legs,then you do the ones that increase your guns in one arm,the other science/lock pick then you use the implant for microwave and EMP bursts(really handy when you lose your weapons)

Your head should be the view modes one,at least a level 4 barter one,and the other two are up to you,I generally go with the combat scanner and the last slot for luck.

The torso is synthetic lungs,nanocyte breeder,adrenaline rush(you gain AP when you kill stuff in bullet time/VATS) and the last one is the one what makes your skin really tough to it raises your DT.

Are console commands such as player leveling still usable there? I built a new computer and my old save didn't come through, and I don't feel like grinding again for 19 hours to get where I was again.

Yep they still work. But when I play the game I also use Skills past 100 mods. So once my skills hit 100 i usually take out the implants that doo +5 lockpick/sci and +5 guns for the carbon nanoweave fiber.
Its worth it cause when you play at high level(My char is 65) everything is harder. So having the ability to regenerate is awesome.

He does you have to pass a speech check of 30 to say you're not from the casino, you get good guns but not the ones displayed :)

Well played... well played indeed. But they gave such horribly boring quests, so i wanted them dead. hehe.

Actually I just dragged all the items into the bathroom and took them there, I gotta say, the classic plasma rifle (or plasma caster as it's called in NV) slowly became one of my favourite weapons.

i killed the guard in the front then killed them as they walked outside

Two stealth boys, some patience, and a bit of dragging things to the floor, and I had everything thay owned.

i then proceeded to dump it in the lucky 38 and never touch it again.

I turned on God Mode (use keys "tgm" in the cheat board) and just shot up the place with whatever weapon I had on me. I think it was the "lucky" pistol.

Yeah i knew about the cheat codes, but you know, personally i think god mode is as fulfilling as eating your own snot... sorry for the nasty analogy. Same with gta, fun once in a while, but it gets old really fast imo.

That is a true say, I try not to use it as much anymore, but it is very tempting...
